Posture and Style Analysis (Digital Film & Video)

 Martlets are once again arranging dates for a series of Winter Archery Workshops At Worthing.

The workshops are open for ANY archer regardless of age or ability that wishes to make an effort to improve their performance. You, the archer, discuss with the coach what you want to achieve and you jointly decide on how to make it happen.

The coaches are there to help you.

You can make use of the video equipment, speed machine, laser sights and a variety of other training aids, all of which can help your performance.
